AI solutions for business
AI makes sense in a company where rules are not enough: reading documents in many formats, sorting enquiries or searching internal material. We start with a pilot on your data, measure accuracy and let a person decide when the model is unsure. Delivery time: within 30 days.

Where AI helps companies
Document processing
Invoices, orders and contracts in many formats become data in your system.
Enquiry sorting
Incoming e-mails are sorted by type and priority and go to the right person.
Internal assistant
Employees ask in their own words and the answer comes from your policies and documents.
Draft replies
AI prepares a reply to a routine enquiry and a person approves it with one click.
When AI makes sense
- The input is unstructured: e-mails, PDFs, scans, varying templates.
- The task repeats hundreds of times a month.
- A person or a system check can catch the occasional mistake.
- You have real examples on which accuracy can be measured.
When we will not propose AI
- The task can be described by rules. Code is cheaper and more accurate.
- You have no material on which accuracy can be tested.
- A mistake would have serious impact and no human check is possible.
What is included
- Document processing, enquiry classification, internal knowledge assistant
- Always with measured accuracy — without a number it is a demo, not a solution
- A human fallback for exceptions and for low model confidence
- If a rule in code is enough for the task, we will not propose AI
How it works
- Choosing the task
We pick one task with a clear input, output and benefit.
- Pilot on your data
We test the model on a real sample, not on demo examples.
- Measuring accuracy
We compare the output with a human check and you get a number.
- Deployment with a safety net
When the model is unsure a person decides, and we monitor operation.
How much an AI solution costs
The pilot and deployment start from €2,200 excluding VAT. On top come AI model running costs, which depend on volume. We calculate them before launch, so you know whether the solution pays off at full load.
Frequently asked questions
Where does our data go?
Before the pilot we agree which data may go to the model and which may not. We work through APIs of providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI, and for personal data we also handle the legal basis and the processor agreement.
How do you measure accuracy?
On a sample of your real data we compare the AI output with a human check. The result is a number, such as the share of correctly extracted invoices. It decides whether the solution goes live.
Will AI replace our people?
The goal is to take the repetitive part of the work off them. Exceptions and decisions stay with people.
What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent takes steps: it reads data, calls a system and writes the result. An agent needs stricter limits and oversight, so we deploy one only after proving it on a smaller task.
